Do you have a shop?

No. We dispatch all goods from our warehouse in Wanaka.

Do you have these items in stock?

We try to keep all the items listed in stock at all times. If we are temporarily out of stock we will usually put a message on the website to inform you or withdraw the item from sale until we restock our supplies.

Who is Buzzy Bee Online Ltd?

Buzzy Bee Online Ltd, is a 100% NZ owned company staffed by New Zealanders. It runs the online sales of Buzzy Bee and Friends products for Lion Rock Ventures, the parent company and is managed by Jane Sinclair. Jane has had many years business experience working with customers from all round the world and is excited to be involved with NZ’s most well known range of children’s toys.

Do you deliver overseas as well as to customers in New Zealand?

Most of our sales are to overseas clients.

We offer payment by Visa or Mastercard and we quote in USD,NZD EUR. Payment is secure through Worldpay.

Are your products made in New Zealand

The origin of the toy is clearly marked on the package and all goods comply with NZ standards for children’s toys. The genuine Buzzy Bee Pull Along Toy is now made in China because it was impossible to keep the retail price the same and continue to make it in NZ.

What do I do if I receive a product that is faulty?

If you email me at jane@buzzybee.co.nz I will personally handle the problem and work out how to get a replacement to you.
