What is the cost of postage for domestic delivery?

We charge a standard fee of NZ$7 for postage and packaging for small parcels under 0.5kg anywhere in NZ. The charge for bigger or heavier parcels is calculated automatically and shown on the proforma invoice.

What is the cost for delivery overseas?

This is calculated automatically when you order. Minimum charges for packages up to 0.5kgs regardless of the actual number of items ordered are as follows;

Australia $15

USA, Canada, UK or ,Europe $25

Heavier packages will be more but this is calculated for you.

What is the method of delivery?

We use NZ Post for all local deliveries and International Air Parcel Post for overseas.

N.B. We charge per delivery not for each item you order.

Can you tell me the delivery times?

All goods are packed within 24 hours of receiving your order. Domestic deliveries are 2-5 working days and overseas deliveries are 3-10 working days

Can I get more urgent delivery?

Please email us on sales@buzzybee.co.nz and we will do our best to assist with your request.

Do you use Track and Trace for deliveries?

Not for small parcels sent to other addresses in NZ. We have never had a parcel go missing.

All overseas orders of NZ$100 or more excluding the cost of postage are Track and Traced and sent using International Air Parcel Post through NZ Post.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please return the goods to us in their original wrapping within 30 days and we will refund the cost of the goods in full. Postage will be your care unless the goods are wrongly supplied or faulty in which case we will pay the entire cost including postage.
